Hi, I'm Martina Josimovska, a digital storyteller passionate about capturing the people and moments that often go unnoticed.

I was born in Macedonia and moved to the United States when I was 10 years old. It wasn't a move I chose, but it became the beginning of a journey that shaped who I am today. Growing up between two cultures gave me a deep appreciation for the places we come from and the stories that connect us.

My journey began in 2008, studying photography and learning how a single image can tell a powerful story. That passion eventually led me into UX design, where I spent over a decade researching human behavior and designing experiences that help people navigate complex systems more easily.

While UX taught me how to understand people, filmmaking gave me a way to share their stories.

In 2025, I continued my filmmaking education in Barcelona, collaborating with an international team to produce short documentaries focused on real people and meaningful social impact. That experience reinforced what I had always believed: the most compelling stories are authentic ones.

Today, I combine photography, filmmaking, design, and storytelling through Tinamar Media, creating documentaries, portraits, and visual stories that inspire connection and celebrate the human experience.

My current project, Faces of Macedonia, is a cinematic documentary series highlighting extraordinary people whose stories are shaping Macedonia one story at a time.

Whether through a photograph, a documentary, or a digital experience, my goal remains the same:
